Account Payment When choosing to pay via account you must already have an approved credit account with Garrards Horse and Hound. Our friendly staff will contact you to confirm your order before it is shipped or packaged for collection. Your account should also be within its trading terms and the order not exceeding the credit limit.

Please be advised that if a product is currently unavailable or has been made obsolete from the supplier, one of our friendly staff will contact you with an alternative option where possible. Please be aware that this alternative product may incur a variation in price. If this isn’t suitable we will refund the amount of the item. 

 

Please note: Prompt Shipping will only be available to eligible shipping locations across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth & Brisbane. *Delivery window between 8am - 6pm weekdays. *Excludes weekends & all public holidays. **Excludes parcel lockers & post box addresses. ***Orders for Tasmania may include excess shipping charges even when the order is over our freight free value. You will be called by a staff member after your order is placed to confirm. 

Same Day Processing Conditions:

Same day processing is NOT same day delivery, standard delivery times will still apply. All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped from our local warehouses within your area of delivery. Same day processing excludes public holidays, promotional days and events that attract an unusually high number of orders over a short period of time i.e. magic millions

Shipping Options, Exclusions & Conditions:

A signature is required to receive all deliveries unless ATL has been provided. (see below)

Same Day Delivery service not applicable to P.O.Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

*Flat rate, capped and same day delivery exclude certain bulky items including, but not limited to; Products exceeding 15Kg. You will be contacted by staff if there are excluded products or shipping costs differ from what is estimated.

Deliveries (free or otherwise) will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing and can only be extended to areas reachable through these carriers which may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may contact us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost.

Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.

Delivery services not available on public holidays.

Please note we do not offer international shipping in our estimations and your order will be case-by-case basis for international orders.

Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by replying to your order with a short note, such as; 'Please leave order if not home', when your order summary is sent to you via Email.

Please Note:

By choosing to provide the carrier with ATL, or by selecting 'Safe Drop', we will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.

*Bulky / Oversize Deliveries

Flat rate, capped and same day delivery exclude certain bulky items including, but not limited to; products exceeding 15Kg. Excluded products will be bought to your attention by our friendly staff.

If your order contains a bulky item that has been excluded from our free shipping or capped price options, your order will be shipped by our carrier with a cost based on the size, weight and number of items you have ordered. Shipping costs for this service can only be disclosed when our staff contact you to confirm if you want to proceed with your order and make the changes nessessary to cover costs of shipping.

Please Note:

In-Store Collection times are subject to the opening times of our local store to you. It is recommended to ask our staff when your order is confirmed regarding collection times.

The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

PRICING ERRORS

Garrards Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. Horse and Hound will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

STANDARD SHIPPING ORDERS

All orders with the Standard Shipping option will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 working business days. Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.

YOUR INVOICE

You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order.

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can store credit the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Product(s) must be unused, with all original tags/labels and in sellable condition.

Sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be stored credited to you, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.

Please note: Items must be returned to a Garrards Horse and Hound store that stocks the brand you want to return.

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.
